1. All items are shipped from India
2. Shipped via INDIA POST – postal service by the Govt. of India
3. All shipping fee is discounted
4. Items will be dispatched with in 48 hours
5. You will be notified via email once item has been dispatched
6. You can expect item within 14 – 21 days from date of dispatch
7. All items are sent using “Registered Airmail Service”. Hence, from dispatch to delivery, whereabouts of all items can be tracked for most countries (complimentary service provided by WANDERPOP).
Refunds are only offered if:
(A) Items are ‘delayed (’B) Items are ‘lost’ (C) Items are ‘damaged’
A) Delayed Parcels
Parcels can deemed ‘delayed’ only if:
- They have not arrived in 30 days after date of dispatch
Parcels cannot be declared as delayed if:
- It has reached the buyers country within 30 days but has been held up in buyers country/ location.
- Buyer has not been available to collect item or receive item.
- In case of national/public holidays, postal strikes the day shall not be counted. In case of delayed items, refund of shipping fee may be issued to buyer with in 7 days.
B) Lost Goods:
All Items have a tracking code when they are shipped. Hence Items are always secure. However, in a rare case, an item may get misplaced and untraceable by the postal service.
Parcels are deemed ‘lost’ only if:
- They have not arrived in 45 days after date of dispatch
- They can not be tracked further on the system
In case of lost items, refund of the purchased goods (excluding shipping fee) may be issued to buyer with in 7 days.
C) ‘Damaged’ Goods:
Each and every order is packed very carefully and there should be no damage. In case of damage that may have occurred
during shipment/ delivery, Only shipping fee will be refunded. Depending upon available stock the item maybe replaced at the sellers discretion.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we’re sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us using the below mentioned process:
- Within 14 days from the ‘date of delivery’ post the item back to us.
- Retain proof of your postage (with date clearly visible) and email a scanned copy it to email@example.com, with “RETURNS” in the subject line
- Once we receive the item and the email, the refund (excluding original shipping fee) will be issued to you with in 7 days.
- Seller will be able to verify ‘date of delivery’ through the tracking service.
- Returned goods must be in their original, unused condition for the refund to be processed.
- The cost of returning the item to us is the buyers responsibility
- If the item arrives damaged, refund will not be issued.
- If the item does not reach us with in 30 days from the date mentioned on the proof of postage, refunds will not be issued
